Herd Con T-Shirt Design Project

A project surrounding Marshall University's annual pop culture convention "Herd Con." T-Shirts are sold every year with the corresponding theme. One artwork is selected to be the featured design, and the upcoming 2024 theme is "the future of Herd Con." My design features a girl inspired by vintage comic book styles. To tie into the future, I created half of her into a halftone to give the illusion she was "phasing in," hence the phrase used "Phasing into the future." Limitations for the design were a max 4 color limit (my colors were red, black, tan, and blue, superimposed onto a white t-shirt) and incorporation of the theme.
